An Evening with Beethoven

An Evening with Beethoven

Mark Clinton, piano; Lincoln Youth Symphony

Saturday, February 25, 2012, 7:30PM, Lied Center for Performing Arts

LYS shares the stage with LSO for a joint performance of Egmont Overture.  The all-Beethoven program continues with pianist Mark Clinton, who joins LSO for the majesty and grandeur of the Emperor Piano Concerto.  The composer's Symphony No. 7, recently featured in Academy Award-winner The King's Speech, is an inspirational masterpiece.
